So you may or may not have heard of an Alabama woman who is going to sue Apple because of poor reception on her iPhone 3G. Wow, can you really do that? I mean, isn’t everyone who has an iPhone 3G gripping over the same-ol bandwagon crap of the new Apple iPhone 3G having spotty reception or poor reception in SOME areas? The iPhone 3G is suffering some issues; I am not going to lie about that. Apple is attempting to “fix” the issues in the background with software and no one really knows if it is going to work.

Now, with a person suing Apple (again) for something related to the price or performance of an iPhone is nothing new. Personally, I would be a little afraid to sue APPLE over something like this. Maybe if an iPhone 3G exploded on my face and burned me beyond recognition, then yes, I think I would have a valid case. Don’t you think? You gotta love the people down south, they have some of the best music, cooking and nice hot weather. But darn, if you’re going to sue Apple for the reason of poor reception in your iPhone 3G, well, I don’t have any advice for you other than GET A LIFE!
