Recent reports were taken and they all state that Walt Mossberg, the well known technology columnist for the Wall Street Journal, made the prediction that a 3G iPhone was due out in about 60 days. His talks included mostly about broadband networks in the US are lacking, blah blah blah, and so on. So I guess 3G is right down his ally and what better way to “talk” up a storm than bring up the idea that the new Apple iPhone 3G version will be out in 60 days or so from now.
Many rumors have circulated lately about Apple doing a 3G iPhone to be released sometime this year but no one knows when. So let’s say Mossberg is correct and the 3G iPhone is released in 60 days. This right on par for the SDK to read a head where the actual applications are released and everyone gets an iPhone 2.0 firmware update. I guess we will honestly have to sit back and wait this one out because we cannot confirm any dates for the iPhone 3G yet.
